• Anything you type into the chat assistant on our homepage, including your name, email, and details about your business if you choose to share them
• Usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and referral source via privacy-friendly analytics
• Information you provide during discovery calls or project discussions

• Respond to your enquiries and schedule calls
• Deliver the services you have engaged us for
• Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
• Send relevant follow-up communication (only with your consent)

• Anthropic - our website chat assistant runs on Claude. Messages you send in the chat are processed by Anthropic to generate replies. They are not used to train AI models. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
• Cal.com - for scheduling calls
• Resend - for sending emails you request, such as your time-cost breakdown, and enquiry notifications to us
• Notion - where we keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up
• Upstash - a short-lived technical backup of enquiries, so nothing you send us is lost if another system fails
• Vercel - for website hosting and cookieless analytics
• AI tools - we also use AI tools (including Claude by Anthropic) to assist in delivering our services. Client data is never used to train AI models.

This website sets no cookies. None. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies, and our analytics does not use cookies or identify individual visitors. That is why you do not see a cookie banner here. If this ever changes, this page will say so and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact and project data is retained for the duration of our engagement and for up to 6 years after for legal and accounting purposes.
